A customer supplied USB Drive with minimum space of 64Gb. We can supply one for an additional fee of $30.
A customer supplied external USB Hard drive with minimum space of 128Gb.
Your video conversion will take between 1 and 2 business days to complete. For larger orders this may take a little longer for a number of reasons such as: file sizes, long conversion times and cloud upload time. We’ll always do our best to get your memories back to you as soon as possible without jeopardising the final output.

Yes! Your old video tapes will be returned in the same condition that they were received. We’re based in Timmins and serve surrounding communities with fast VHS to digital conversion.
