We provide you with a download link to retrieve your converted videos. No additional fees applied to this method.
A customer supplied USB Drive with minimum space of 64Gb. We can supply one for an additional fee of $30.
A customer supplied external USB Hard drive with minimum space of 128Gb.
Your video conversion will take between 1 and 2 business days to complete. For larger orders this may take a little longer for a number of reasons such as: file sizes, long conversion times and cloud upload time. We’ll always do our best to get your memories back to you as soon as possible without jeopardising the final output.
We try to make payment as easy as possible, that’s why we accept the following: Cash and Interac E-Transfer.
Yes! Your old video tapes will be returned in the same condition that they were received.
All videos are supplied as an .mp4 file. This is a global format used worldwide If you want your files supplied in a different format please let us know. VHS is the most common household video format that dominated the market from mid eighties to early '00. We convert all variations of VHS to DVD and digital files, whether it's standard VHS cassette, Compact VHS (called VHSc) or S-VHS.
